Adults: For whole-body use such as stress, sleep issues, inflammation, etc, spray on stomach, legs, and feet -- Between our gut lining is a nervous system that is commonly referred to as our “second brain”. Applying Magnesium Oil Spray to this area helps slow down our thinking and calms our nervous system. Feet have around 7000 nerve endings per foot, and because the skin on our feet is thin with minimal body fat and muscle, our body is able to absorb the Magnesium quickly for fast, effective results.
For aches & pains, skin/hair issues, spray on the applicable area.
Massage in completely and let the magnesium absorb for 30 minutes; then you may wipe or rinse off if you choose. Starting out you may feel tingling or itching. This will decrease with consistent use; however you may apply lotion over the area sprayed to alleviate the unpleasant sensation. Begin by using 5 sprays per use, and gradually increase to 15 to 20 sprays. Spraying too much at one time may increase the unpleasant sensations.
Infants: Beginning at around 3 months, dilute Magnesium spray half-and-half with distilled water, olive oil, or coconut oil and apply to their feet for a several weeks (just 1 or 2 sprays). Then the spray may also be spritzed on the stomach.
