  • Some of the Health Benefits of our Magnesium Oil:

There are many types of Magnesium. This information applies to only Magnesium Chloride, which is the absolute best and the only type we use. Magnesium is a mineral, which is required by the body to carry out important functions. Despite its name, magnesium oil is not a true oil. It is called an oil because of its oily texture when applied topically.

Magnesium oil applied on the skin is more effective than oral magnesium supplements. The absorption of magnesium is much better and side effects were fewer because it bypasses the gastrointestinal tract.

The only known common side effect of Magnesium Oil is possible itching and tingling of the area if too much is applied before the body becomes accustomed to it.

    • Reduces Pain:

One of the top uses of magnesium oil is to reduce pain, for both muscles and nerves. Not only is it an excellent muscle relaxant, magnesium helps to calm NDMA – a chemical that, when stimulated, creates pain.

When applied topically, Magnesium spray provides relief for back pain, tendonitis, and carpal tunnel syndrome.

    • Relieves muscle pains, and cramps.

Magnesium has many muscle relaxing qualities. Applying directly to a muscle will allow that area to absorb the mineral directly resulting in fast effective relief.

    • Fights Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia is characterized by chronic pain, discomfort, fatigue and sleep disturbances.  Application of magnesium oil on lower and upper limbs helps the tight muscles to relax naturally, regulates functioning of the nerves, and helps get rid of pain.

    • Calms Nerves, and Eases Anxiety and Depression

Low levels of magnesium in the blood results in anxiety and depression-like behavior.  Magnesium is a major anti-anxiety agent, and it works because it quiets down the excitability of nerves, not only in our muscles and our heart, but also in our brain by suppressing the release of stress hormones and preventing their entry into the brain.

    • Promotes A Good Night's Sleep & Reduces Restless Leg Syndrome

Magnesium oil is effective in combating insomnia. It is easily absorbed and induces rapid and uninterrupted sleep by reducing stress and tension, relaxing muscles throughout the body, and activating calming brain chemicals.

    • Eases Asthma

Rubbing magnesium oil on your throat, chest and back is beneficial for individuals with asthma. Being a muscle relaxant, magnesium prevents shrinking and tightening of airways and reduces symptoms of asthma.

It further blocks the production of pro-inflammatory compounds, which are responsible for triggering an asthma attack.

    • Reduces inflammation

A magnesium deficiency is associated with increased inflammation, which causes excessive production of reactive oxygen and pro-inflammatory compounds. This leads to inflammatory stress in the body.  A regular application of magnesium oil improves the blood levels of this mineral, which can suppress the production of inflammatory compounds.

    • Promotes a Healthy Heart

Even a moderate magnesium deficiency may cause changes in how the heart, blood vessels and tissue function. It can even cause your heart to beat faster than normal, which is dangerous for the health.

Magnesium maintains nerve and muscle function and helps the heart control its electrical signals and reduce disturbances in the heart function.

    • Relieves Migraines

Low levels of magnesium in the brain can promote the hyperactivity of neurotransmitters and brain chemicals, and causes excitation of the nerves, leading to headaches. Magnesium regulates nerve function and reduces the intensity of pain.

    • Helps Keep Bones Strong And Healthy

Low blood levels of magnesium are associated with reduced bone mineral density (BMD) and increased bone fragility.

Magnesium is required for the absorption of calcium. It stimulates the production of bone-preserving hormone and regulates bone breakdown too.

    • Improves Dental Health

Magnesium oil can be sprayed on teeth and gums to reduce plaque buildup and promote healthy gums. Just be sure to spit it out!

    • Regulates Diabetes

Magnesium deficiency is a risk factor for insulin resistance and diabetes mellitus. Magnesium oil promotes healthy insulin production, which facilitates entry of glucose into the cells and tissues and prevents the presence of excess glucose in the bloodstream.

    • Reduces Hypertension

Magnesium helps in the widening of the arteries and blood vessels and helps the muscle cells in the arterial walls relax. This ensures a smooth blood flow throughout the body.

    • Treats Skin Problems

Rubbing magnesium oil on your skin may help you get rid of acne and premature aging of the skin. It helps in reducing skin oiliness, which in turn reduces acne.

It combats oxidative stress by scavenging the free radicals, the reason behind wrinkles, dark spots and other signs of aging.

    • Reduces Premenstrual Symptoms

Magnesium helps in controlling the neuromuscular stimulations. This exerts a relaxing effect and relieves symptoms of PMS such as cramps, mood swings, anxiety, depression, and insomnia.

    • Improves Hair Growth

When applied to the scalp, Magnesium oil nourishes hair and helps prevent it from falling out. Having too much calcium and low level of magnesium in the body can block hair follicles, which results in hair loss. Magnesium spray boosts hair growth and improves scalp health.

    • Boosts energy

Magnesium promotes the activation of enzymes which produce cellular energy. By activating adenosine triphosphate, also known as ATP, magnesium boosts energy and helps prevent feelings of fatigue.
