Yerba Mate Leaf is produced from the plant with the latin botanical name Ilex paraguariensis.

Sweeter than a traditional roasted mate, our USDA Certified Organic green variety is smooth with a lighter body and clean finish.

All the benefits and more, this is a nice variation on the darker standard.

Note: Yerba mate' contains caffeine.

Ingredients: Organic yerba maté

Brewing Instructions

Heat water to a boil.

Use 3-4 grams (2 heaping tablespoon) of herbs per 8-12 ounces of water.

Pour hot water over herbs and steep 4-5 minutes. Remove herbs and enjoy!
